Mazen Abdul-Jawad has been forced into hiding after discussing his sexual exploits on the Arabic television show, "Ahmar Bilkhat al-Areed" (Wide Red Lines). And though the show is not officially broadcast in Saudi Arabia, where he lives, it has been seen via satellite TV and over the Internet, causing outrage in the extremely conservative country.
He not only pointed out the room in which he made his conquests, he also gave tips on spicing up one's sex life while explaining how to pick up chicks on the streets of Jeddah. In a country where religious police enforce the moral code - which includes keeping unrelated men and women apart - his revelations were seen as repugnant in the face of Islam.
"While I'm driving I turn my Bluetooth on. It has the description of my car and my mobile number... I get calls from girls... and in some cases I call back and she goes out with me," he said in the Youtube clips.
"He confessed before the world that he committed fornication and continues to fornicate," an anonymous user wrote on al-Medina newspaper's web forum this week. "It is for that reason that he deserves to be stoned to death, as Islamic law stipulates."

Thai boxer in trouble for posing for gay mag

Thai boxer, Worapoj Petchkoom, is being criticized for posing in his underwear for the cover of gay magazine, Stage. Boxing officials are threatening him with a year-long ban for his 'inapproproate' behavior.
Petchkoom, 28, denied he knew the magazine was gay. "I thought it was an honour to be invited to grace the cover of a magazine on its third anniversary. I became sceptical when I was told to wear just underpants. They said everything was going to be okay because it would show my abdomen muscles."
When he complained, the evil gays said he'd have to pay compensation for breaking the nasty and evil gay contract. And he claimed the ban resulting from the pics could dash his hopes of competing for Thailand in the 2012 Olympics, because, we assume, he'd be too distraught to train. Bad gays!
Maybe, just maybe, you should pick up a copy of the magazine you're posing for before you agree to a photoshoot.

WANTED: Male Hookers
The owner of a Nevada brothel suffering from the recession thinks she has been ignoring about half the market – the half that prefers men. Bobbi Davis is looking for male prostitutes to help expand the clientele at the Shady Lady Ranch, her small roadside brothel about 150 miles north of Las Vegas. Davis says the requests she has received for male prostitutes have come mostly from women, but that she also would welcome business for M4M.
“We’ve had requests for men in the past, and there’s nothing else like this out there.”
Indeed, the 25 legal brothels scattered throughout 10 rural Nevada counties are staffed by women and cater to men. The Shady Lady, however, isn’t the only one thinking about hiring male prostitutes. Nevada Brothel Association lobbyist George Flint says other brothels have approached him with the idea lately to drum up business.
Like Nevada’s gambling, hotel and convention industries, the prostitution business has hit hard times. Flint estimates that bordellos have seen a roughly 50 percent drop in revenue since the economy turned sour.
“Business is so bad right now, I think brothels would do anything to survive. Disposable income is just in short supply at the moment,” he said.
200306Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss recently planned to open “Heidi’s Stud Farm” near Pahrump, but gave up the effort this year after being arrested on felony drug charges. Flint says other brothels have offered male prostitutes over the years, with little success. He argues that the business model for a brothel that caters to women just doesn’t pencil out.
“Seducing a woman and seducing a man in a brothel environment are different things completely. One can take a few minutes, the other can take hours. It wouldn’t make money,” he said.
Davis agrees that women customers could differ significantly from men, though she plans at least initially to keep her current prices for services – $500 for two hours, $800 for three.
“That may change. We’re figuring that women may want a longer period of time, maybe a little more romance. They’re not quite like men in that respect,” she said.
So what about those requests for male prostitutes from men seeking men?
“I can’t discriminate, nor would I want to,” she said, adding that it would be up to prostitutes to decide whether they entertain any particular guest.
nohookLicensing male prostitutes might be a problem. State law allows for legal prostitutes of both genders, but the health codes that regulate the business largely are written to apply to female prostitutes. That includes a requirement that the working girls have mandatory cervical exams. “It’s kind of hard to do that with a man,” Davis said.
Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo, whose office administers work cards for prostitutes, said he’s aware of Davis’ plan and has sought legal advice from the district attorney.
Meanwhile, Davis is drawing up her help wanted ad. She said she’ll be looking for one or two men “in good shape, in their mid-30s to 50s.” Asked about the age range, she notes that’s another way women differ from men.
“Look at George Clooney, he’s 50 and he’s still considered a very sexy man. Most don’t consider a man washed up by the time he’s 50,” she said.
Prostitution is outlawed in five Nevada counties, including in the Reno and Las Vegas metropolitan areas, but brothels have operated legally elsewhere in the state since 1971.

Taiwanese military scandalised by gay vid
Taiwan's military17 of Taiwan's servicemen have been punished after a sexy video involving two on duty male sergeants came to light. Two uniformed soldiers are shown having oral sex while 40 other servicemen watched and laughed.
"The defence ministry has disciplined 13 members of the reserve brigade and sent another four to prosecutors for involvement in public obscenity and spreading an obscene image," it said in a statement. They were disciplined for "failing to prevent a major incident from happening to damage the military honour."
The incident actually happened three years ago but was just now publicized when a cable news channel shared images with the public.

store employee fired after chasing thief
A Texas man was fired from his job at a Randalls grocery store after chasing down a purse thief, the Austin American-Statesman (statesman.com) said.
Troy Schafer, 36, of Bee Cave, had just come into the store from a break when he heard customer Ann Welch, 52, call for help. Someone dashed past Welch, taking her purse before exiting the store.
A customer called police while Schafer chased the suspect and collected the purse, which had been dropped in a field. Schafer told the American-Statesman that Welch's purse was recovered, along with all of her money. The police arrested a 15-year-old suspect.
A few days after the episode, Schafer was fired. Randalls spokeswoman Connie Yates told the American-Statesman that as a Randalls employee, Schafer had been trained not to pursue suspects. Employees are supposed to get as much information as possible to give police.
"I still feel like I did the right thing. I couldn't look myself in the mirror the next day if I didn't help that lady," Schafer said. —

Hate Crimes at Outgames
Two men charged with hate crimes at the World Outgames in Copenhagen are held in custody until August 4th. The two men are charged with violently assaulting three World Outgames participants just hours after the Grand opening show Saturday night, Pride Radio Denmark (PridRadio.dk) reports.
A group of three young Outgames participants from Norway, Sweden and England was treated for bruises at the emergency ward after being kicked and bashed by the two men just feet away from City Hall Square, where the Grand opening ceremony had taken place just minutes earlier. Copenhagen Police arrested two men aged 28 and 33 who are now in custody until the 4th of August.
Lord Mayer of Copenhagen Ritt Bjerregaard condemns the violence, “Regrettable and deplorable that someone can behave so irresponsible”, the Lord Mayer said in a statement released yesterday.

HBO: The Most Gay Content
HBO scored highest among 15 networks for its representation of gay characters last season, according to a report released Monday.
In its third annual Network Responsibility Index, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation found that of HBO’s 14 original prime-time series, 10 included content reflecting the lives of gay, bisexual and transgender people. That totalled 42% of the network’s programming hours, in series such as “True Blood,” “Entourage” and “The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency.”
By contrast, on NBC and CBS only 8% and 5%, respectively, of prime-time hours included them, the report said.
For the report, GLAAD reviewed all prime-time programming — totalling 4,901 hours — for inclusion of such characters or issues on the five major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and the CW) from June 1, 2008, to May 31, 2009. The study also examined all original prime-time programming — 1,213 hours — on 10 prominent cable networks. The programming included dramas, comedies, unscripted fare and newsmagazines.
Cable’s Showtime ranked second, with 26% of its programming hours featuring gay characters or themes. Series included “The L Word,” “Weeds” and “The United States of Tara,” a new comedy about a family whose teenage son is gay.
ABC got the highest ranking of the five broadcast networks, with 24%. It was the second year in a row that ABC led the broadcasters.
Among ABC series, the report cited newlyweds Kevin and Scotty on “Brothers & Sisters,” the engagement of Andrew to Dr. Alex Cominis on “Desperate Housewives” and bisexual Dr. Callie Torres on “Grey’s Anatomy.”
The CW logged 20%, and the Fox network 11%, the report said.
Among the sampling of cable networks evaluated, TNT showed the largest growth, jumping to 19% last season from 1% the year before. This was largely thanks to its new drama series, “Raising the Bar,” which features gay law clerk Charlie Sagansky as a regular character, GLAAD said.
“Television shows that weave our stories into the fabric of the series present richer, more diverse representations,” said Rashad Robinson, GLAAD’s senior director of media programs.
In September, GLAAD will release its annual report evaluating gay, bisexual and transgender inclusion, and other diversity, among scripted characters scheduled to appear during the 2009-10 season. Monday’s report said TV characters in general are predominantly white, regardless of sexual orientation.

Smoking Rates Higher Among Gay Men
Men and women who are gay or lesbian are more likely than their heterosexual counterparts to smoke, according to findings from a review study carried out by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The findings, published in the August issue of the journal, Tobacco Control, show that as many as 37 percent of homosexual women and 33 percent of homosexual men smoke. That compares to national smoking rates of 18 percent for women and 24 percent for men in the 2006 National Health Interview Survey.
The authors reviewed findings from 42 studies of the prevalence of tobacco use among sexual minorities in the U.S. published between 1987 and May 2007. The findings suggest smoking is a significant health inequality for sexual minorities.
Recognizing and understanding the increased risk in a particular population can help policymakers, health-care officials and others provide support for people more likely to start smoking or who may want to stop smoking, said Joseph Lee, lead author of the review and a social research specialist with the Tobacco Prevention and Evaluation Program in the UNC School of Medicine.
A number of small or geographically limited studies have suggested that sexual minorities have higher rates of tobacco use than the general population, said Lee, who conducted the review as a master’s student in collaboration with Cathy Melvin, Ph.D., at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and UNC’s Sheps Center for Health Services Research, and Gabriel Griffin, a medical student at the Duke University School of Medicine.
“The underlying causes of these disparities are not fully explained by this review,” Lee said. “Likely explanations include the success of tobacco industry’s targeted marketing to gays and lesbians, as well as time spent in smoky social venues and stress from discrimination.”
“Tobacco is likely the number one cause of death among gays and lesbians,” Lee said, “but there is hope. Many gay and lesbian organizations are starting to reject addictive funding from the tobacco industry, and the community is organizing itself to address this health inequality through the National LGBT Tobacco Control Network.”

Double-Standard for Gay iPhone Apps?
Apple is maintaining a double-standard when it comes to gay-themed iPhone apps, a developer claims. Attempting to draw publicity, Terry Ray claims that his iGaydar title was rejected from the App Store on the same day as Bruno — an app based on the Sacha Baron Cohen movie — was approved. iGaydar was rejected for “objectionable content,” despite being considerably less graphic than the Bruno app, according to Ray.
iGaydar pretends to detect a person’s sexuality, first displaying a random percentage and then announcing a tongue-in-cheek statement, such as “Honey, not even your priorities are straight.” By contrast the Bruno app lets users undress Cohen’s character, and touch various body parts which can elicit potentially offensive responses. Bruno is only on the App Store as a result of major studio backing and publicity, Ray charges.
Apple has rejected a number of apps with sex-related themes in the past, even when the titles did not show anything explicit.
Naughty Loaded Dice was briefly blocked earlier in July, while an e-book reader, Eucalyptus, was temporarily blocked in May. Though only meant as general-purpose reading software, one of the books available for Eucalyptus is the Kama Sutra, a centuries-old Indian religious text that Apple deemed “inappropriate sexual content.”

Charges In Death of Seaman
A sailor has been charged with fatally shooting and burning a gay serviceman last month at Camp Pendleton, but Navy officials said Thursday it was part of a crime spree not related to the victim’s sexual orientation. Prosecutors accuse Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Campos of killing Seaman August Provost during an arson attack against the compound of Assault Craft Unit 5 on June 30, said Capt. Matt Brown, a spokesman for Navy Region Southwest.
Brown again stressed that there’s no evidence of a hate crime or gang-related activity. “It is essential to remember the Navy lost a well-respected sailor standing guard at his assigned post,” he said during a news conference at the San Diego Naval Base.
Campos, 32, of Lancaster, faces 16 charges, including murder, arson, unlawful entry, theft of military property and wrongful possession of a firearm. He also is charged with soliciting a civilian in San Diego to murder another sailor the day after Provost’s killing.
Brown said Campos and Provost served in the 500-member assault craft unit, whose members are trained to pilot jet-powered hovercraft onto beaches for amphibious operations.
They likely had met before, he said, but there’s no evidence to suggest they knew each other well. Campos had served with the unit for most of the past two years, while Provost joined the Navy in March 2008 after completing three years of college and had joined the unit last September.
Navy officials accuse Campos of using hallucinogenic mushrooms several times between May 1 and June 2. On June 13, he allegedly broke into the off-base home of a fellow service member in San Diego and stole an Xbox computer-game system, jewelry and a .45 caliber Kimber pistol. The same pistol was used to kill Provost, investigators allege.
On June 20, Campos was picked up for driving under the influence. About a week later, he faced administrative punishment from his Navy commanders. At the time, Brown said, the Navy had not linked Campos to the home burglary. About 11:30 p.m. June 30, Provost took his post at a guard shack along the driveway to the assault craft unit’s entrance. Sometime before 3:30 a.m., Navy officials allege, Campos approached the guard shack, shot Provost several times and stole his 9mm Beretta service pistol. Campos then allegedly set fire to the shack – with Provost’s body still inside – using gasoline and a lighter. “He apparently did it to destroy evidence,” Brown said.
Campos also is accused of planning to set fire to one of the unit’s landing craft, but he never made it into the compound. Brown didn’t specify why Campos became a suspect, but he did say that Campos failed to show up for work before being arrested July 1. The defendant is being held at the Miramar Naval Consolidated Brig.
Provost’s death has prompted concerns from gay-rights leaders and some of his family and friends who believe he might have been killed because of his sexual orientation. Gay activists held a candlelight vigil July 10 near Camp Pendleton’s main gate.
On Thursday, Provost’s aunt said she’s still not sure what to think about the killer’s motive. “We just want justice to be done, and we hope to one day understand why the killer would target someone as good and responsible as my nephew,” said Rose Roy of Beaumont, Texas.
The Navy hasn’t announced a date for Campos’ pretrial hearing, called an Article 32 proceeding.

Philly Online Extortion Crimes
Philadelphia police are searching for a man who used Craigslist to meet at least three gay men, then later posed as a detective and extorted money from two of them. The suspect, described as black and about 6-foot-3, met the men on Craigslist’s “Men Seeking Men” personals section, and arranged to meet them at various locations in the city.
During the encounters, he had a detective’s badge, handcuffs and a walkie-talkie, and spoke in a confident manner that convinced the men he was a plainclothes detective, they said.
“He was a smooth talker, and very convincing,” one man said.
The three victims spoke to Philadeplphia Gay News on the condition of anonymity. They said the incidents happened in April and June.
The suspect allegedly told the men they were vulnerable to criminal prosecution because they were looking for sexual partners on Craigslist without properly screening out minors.
One man, from the Fairmount section, traveled to a nearby bank with the suspect, withdrew about $1,200 from his account and gave it to him.
Another man, from the Fishtown section, gave the suspect $800 after traveling to a bank at a shopping center in Northeast Philadelphia.
The third man didn’t give the suspect any money, but he reported the incident to Central Detectives, where it remains under investigation, he said.
The Fairmount man said he preserved scissors that the suspect touched, which might help determine his identity.
He called the city’s LGBT Police Liaison Office to report the incident. But he was dissuaded from pursuing the matter after being told that a formal police report must be filed before any additional action could be taken, he said.
Officer Mitchell Spritzler of the LGBT Police Liaison Office, who spoke with the Fairmount man, told PGN it’s standard procedure to inform victims they must file a police report before an investigation can begin.
But Spritzler also said a police report can be written in a way that protects a victim’s reputation.
“The report can be general enough to give enough information without giving too many details,” Spritzler said. “But if the case goes to trial, other documents would contain details, and the person’s identity would be known.”
Police reports are available to the general public for a $25 fee, Spritzler added.
The Fishtown man called 911 after the suspect contacted him a second time at work to request additional money. The man refused to pay, but said he was disappointed with the attitude of the responding officer.
“It was like [the officer] was putting me on trial, instead of gathering information about the perpetrator,” the man said.
The police report filed by the responding officer states that the victim paid another man $3,000 to avoid having his gay sexual orientation disclosed. It doesn’t state the perpetrator was posing as a Philadelphia police detective.
Spritzler said he would see to it that a supervisor discusses the necessity of comprehensive police reports with the officer.
“Incomplete reports are a problem that needs to be addressed,” added Spritzler. “I spoke with the officer’s supervisor, and he will discuss this during a training class at roll call. All the officers need to know that comprehensive police reports are necessary.”
Spritzler stressed that police are actively pursuing the Craigslist suspect, and that follow-up calls have been made to the three victims to gather additional information.
“We’re concerned that someone is impersonating a police detective,” Spritzler said. “There’s an active investigation concerning all three complainants, and we’re coordinating our efforts. There’s someone out there preying on people, and we’ve got to get him off the street.”
Anyone with information about a Craigslist suspect can call the LGBT Police Liaison Office at (215) 685-3655.

Teen underwear model Joshua Walter, who had sex with teacher, gets busted with robbery gang

A former teen underwear model who made headlines bedding a second-grade Queens teacher was busted Thursday for being part of a gang of bandits.
Joshua Walter - once a mop-haired, globe-trotting fashion plate - was arrested on charges he and his alleged gun-toting pals held up a string of markets, bodegas and gas stations in Queens and Brooklyn.
"Everybody knew this kid was a model, but I guess that money wasn't good enough," a police source said.
Walter, 20, of Queens and three of his alleged cohorts were nabbed at about 1:30 a.m. when cops spotted them in a maroon Chevy Astro van matching the description of the getaway car used in the spate of stickups.
When patrol officers pulled the van over at 30th Ave. and 31st St. in Astoria, the occupants spilled out and ran. They were all caught after a short chase and a .380-caliber automatic handgun was found in the van, cops said.
Also arrested were Lamont Adams, 33, and Willie Winston, 30, both of Queens; and James Young, 29, of Brooklyn.
They were charged with robbery and criminal possession of a firearm and were to be arraigned in Queens Criminal Court.
Since June 14, the suspects allegedly used a handgun to commit at least 15 early-morning robberies at mostly 24-hour stores and gas stations.
The last holdups occurred July 8, a day after Walter's birthday, when the thieves hit back-to-back Queens bodegas in 56 minutes.
"I got something to say: Leave my family alone!" a woman who described herself as Walter's mother told the Daily News when approached at her Centreville, Queens, home.
In November, Gina Salamino, a tenured second-grade teacher at Public School 121 in Queens, was fired for having a sexual relationship with Walter and bearing his child.
Salamino was 34 when she hooked up with Walter, then 17 and enrolled at Bryant High School, in August 2006.
The teacher, who still lives with Walter, sued to get her job back, claiming she did not know her boy toy was a high schooler because his modeling career prevented him from attending classes.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich tossed Salamino's suit and upheld the dismissal last month, ruling that education law requires teachers who engage in sexual misconduct with any minor be fired.
Walter's neighbors were stunned that the one-time catwalker was now doing a perp walk.
"I didn't think he would do that," said Fred Steinman, 56. "He's got a kid. He's a model. I didn't think he needed the money. He always has nice clothes."agendar@nydailynews.com

Entourage vs. Seth Rogen?: Celebrity Topic

On Sunday night's Entourage, Turtle and Drama discuss Seth Rogen's role in Knocked Up opposite Katherine Heigl, claiming that a guy as ugly as Seth could never land a babe like Heigl:
Turtle: His ugliness is oddly fascinating. Especially in Blu-ray. It just pisses me off.
Drama: Why would you be pissed off? I'm the one who was too good-looking to even get an audition for the role.
While we're a little sad that Rogen can't brush off the insult, especially considering the joke wasn't even funny, we're curious to see who will win in the insult battle, now that Rogen is taking things to the media, which is the celebrity version of, "Let's take this outside."
“Yeah, those guys are assholes," Rogen told E!'s Daily Ten. "I actually ran into Matt… Kevin Dillon in a Starbucks. And he’s like ‘You know, I’ve got to kind of apologize because apparently the guy who created our show doesn’t like you so much.’ And I said: ‘Well, I have reason to believe because I think [showrunner] Doug Ellin is a moron from all I can understand, so it makes sense he doesn’t like me.’ And I’ve kind of said some disparaging things about the show. Although in our defense, [producer] Mark Wahlberg called us misogynistic in an interview, so I think they kind of started that… It’s on. Luckily, I never have and never plan on watching Entourage.”
Did you catch the subtle insult hidden within the blatant, unapologetic one? Where Rogen confuses Kevin Dillon with his much more famous brother in real life, which ultimately mirrors his character on the show? OK, maybe we're a little too excited for this insult showdown, but it beats reading drunken rants on Lindsay's Twitter page.
At first, we assumed Rogen was overreacting, but we did our research and found out that Rogen and Knocked Up costar Jason Segel pitched an idea for a show similar to Entourage to HBO, which the network took a pass on and then soon after gave Mark Wahlberg's Entourage the green light. Yikes.
"We all used to smoke weed all day instead of working," Rogen said about his show idea."And we'd just play video games for months on end. But we all really wanted to work and make movies."
"I just remember feeling really bitter," Rogen once told E! Online. "We thought the stuff we were writing was funny... and it just seemed crazy that no one else liked it. You start to question your own sanity. Like, 'Our HBO pilot isn't funny, but Entourage is?'"
Should Rogen chill out, or are Doug Ellin and his Entourage entourage just being a bunch of dicks?

Homo-killing video game taken offline

An internet game where the player must shoot gay men before they can 'rape' you has been removed from a Georgian website after pressure from gay groups.
Originally launched on the 'Uzinagaz' website in 2002, the game came under fire this week when discovered by the Gay Armenia group, which was "completely disgusted" by it, saying it promoted hatred and violence against gay people.
The game 'Watch out behind you, hunter!' involves the player becoming a hunter who moves through a forest and shoots nudists who appear out of the bushes. If the naked men reach the hunter before he shoots them, they 'rape' the hunter - an act shown in the game.
"Our games are not politically correct," the website's owner told The Observers French news service. "They're aimed at teenagers (12-18) and it's true that they're of a juvenile humour.
"I realise now that this one in particularly could be found shocking, but I believe that you should be able to make this kind of joke in the name of freedom of speech. Incidentally, not everyone in the gay community was supportive of banning the game," he commented.
However, the website has now removed the game altogether.

Porn Star Gets 3yr Prison Term

Taleon Goffney, who appeared with his brother in such gay skin flicks as “Marc and the Twins,” was arrested last year after police said they saw the twins breaking into a beauty shop.
He pleaded guilty to two counts each of burglary and criminal conspiracy and was sentenced to three to eight years. Charges including criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime were dropped in exchange for his pleas.
Goffney, 27, could have faced up to 40 years in prison if convicted after trial.
“Thank you for your lenience in accepting my plea,” Goffney, of Pennsauken, N.J., told a judge in court Wednesday. “These crimes won’t be happening again.”
Goffney’s twin brother, Keyontyli Goffney, also is charged and appeared at Wednesday’s hearing, but it was unclear if he planned to negotiate a plea. He’s due back in court Aug. 6. Neither his lawyer, Gerald Stein, nor Assistant District Attorney Caroline Keating immediately returned telephone calls from The Associated Press on Thursday.
Keating told the Philadelphia Daily News that Taleon Goffney is sure to serve at least the minimum three years due to his prior criminal record. Goffney’s lawyer, Michael F. Gushue, told the newspaper that his client plans to complete his college education while in prison.
“I think he’s had an epiphany,” Gushue said. “He’s a bright young man.”
The brothers have appeared in Internet porn videos under the names Teyon and Keyon, said Erik Schut, of Philadelphia-based video retailer TLA Entertainment Group. They could have had good careers if they hadn’t gotten into trouble, he said in February.
“They are incredibly good-looking, and being identical twins, it’s a novelty,” Schut said then.
In “Marc and the Twins,” the brothers offer to audition for chiseled porn star Marc Williams in a seedy hotel room and are seen rubbing each other’s chests.
Keyontyli Goffney has appeared in porn since at least 2002 and worked as a fashion model, while Taleon Goffney got involved in porn more recently.
Taleon Goffney, who police believe is a trained gymnast and karate expert, has used his athleticism to make several daring escapes.
He was handcuffed in the back of a moving police cruiser after a 2006 drug arrest in Clementon, N.J., when he broke out the glass with his head and jumped into a lake while still handcuffed, police Chief Dave Kunkel said.
“He swam across like Flipper, taunting the officers, saying, ’You’ll never catch me,’” Kunkel told the Daily News for a story in February.
He turned himself in a week later.
In January 2007, he jumped 30 feet from the roof of a Camden, N.J., liquor store and swam across the frigid Cooper River before he was caught, police said.
A defense lawyer, Jeffrey Zucker, said Goffney “should have signed up for the Olympics” and referred to him as Spider-Man.

Nun sues over nude pictures
London - A novice nun is suing her ex-boyfriend in Italy after he uploaded pictures of her naked on Facebook.
The 31-year-old woman, who lives in Turin, said she was devastated when she saw the pictures, taken in summer 2006 during a holiday in Sicily, on the social networking site.
The man, who said he wanted to stop her becoming a nun, has refused to remove the pictures despite the woman's requests.
Now lawyer Anna Orecchioni has taken action: "My client doesn't want money, she only wants that he respects her decision to become a nun."
Meanwhile, large numbers of Italians have logged on to see the pictures, leaving comments like: "If all the nuns are like that, I want to become a priest."

Teen pregnant from sperm in hotel pool? Mom sues.
A mother from Poland is suing the owners of an Egyptian hotel after claiming her 13-year-old daughter got pregnant while swimming in their "mixed pool" (whatever that's supposed to mean!).
Apparently the family spent a few weeks on vacation in Egypt and returned home to find Magdalena Kwiatkowska's daughter unexpectedly pregnant, although she claims to not have been sexually active during this time.
Kwiatkowska was so ADAMANT her 13-year-old did not meet any boys on vacation that she is now suing the hotel for allowing "stray sperm" to impregnate her daughter while swimming in the pool.
